Welcome to the website of the Northern Obligations Discussion Group. The group provides a forum for academic lawyers in the North of England and Scotland who have an interest in the law of obligations.
The group began life in 2008 as the North-East Regional Obligations Group. It has just been relaunched in April 2025 after having gone into hiatus during the Covid lockdowns. More information about the group’s activities and future plans will appear here very soon.
